The HBC building team carry out all manner of building refurbishment projects. We take on older and tired properties in need of an update to planning your project from the beginning (see building services). We have a roster of architects and structural engineers we can recommend for technical drawings whom we have worked with before. They will provide you with a professional visual representation of your idea.

Refurbishing a property can significantly increase it’s value when it is carried out to a high standard. Our team work tirelessly 7 days a week to ensure only the best quality and finish.

The sorts of refurbishments we have previously undertaken include: restoring old walls, restoring roofs, re-pointing walls and cavity walls. We are not limited to domestic refurbishing so please contact us to find out more about commercial projects. Should you require assistance with the final interior decoration after the refurbishment we can also assist with this. We have experience with refurbishment of listed houses and provide a wide range service from A to Z (from foundation to completion).
